Give back by working on a sustainable development project and witness firsthand how a community is coming together to help break the cycle of poverty.

Meaningful travel is about being a part of something larger than yourself.

It’s about being immersed in a new culture, fostering genuine connections and seeing the world through a new lens.

With a 21-year history in sustainable development, award-winning ME to WE creates socially conscious products and experiences that allow people to do good through their everyday choices.

Adventure World joined forces with ME to WE in 2017 and offer three tailor-made trips including Kenya, Ecuador and India alongside a host of extensions to their other tours.

What will you experience on this trip?

On this immersive, 9 day life-changing journey you’ll travel to the stunning Aravalli Mountains in Northern India – the oldest range in the world surrounding the province of Rajasthan.

With every turn, you’ll experience the vibrancy of Indian culture while spending your time living and working alongside community members on a sustainable development project building a new classroom.

Here you’ll witness firsthand how this community is coming together to help break the cycle of poverty.

New Delhi

After flying into Delhi and spending a day exploring the city, you’ll fly north to Aravali Hills to be welcomed into the community with a traditional ceremony.

Your mornings for the next four days will begin with optional yoga classes before you work on the classroom building project alongside community members until lunchtime.

Your afternoons will be free to explore the breathtaking local nature and culture. Take a nature hike of the Mewar region and local villages, get involved in a Mewari Art class, watch local dance performances, take a Bollywood dancing lesson and learn from Indian Artisans.

Travellers will also have the chance to understand how local women collect water for their families, as well as learn how to make chapatti bread.

You’ll visit the ancient Ranakpur Temple before a farewell community ceremony and women’s and men’s circle discussion.

Rest assured. There’s bound to be tears.

Aftre leaving Aravali Hills you’ll visit the Kumbhalgarh Fort to enjoy a street cart traditional celebration before exploring Udaipur, known as the Venice of the East.

Visit majestic temples alongside stunning lakes, and engage with local merchants in a colourful, bustling market before catching an evening flight to Delhi and home.

What will the positive impact be?

Make an impact by working side-by-side with local communities on a sustainable development project driven by need, to ensure a brighter future for generations to come.

Half of all ME to WE profits are donated to support WE Charity, while the other half is reinvested to grow the mission of the social enterprise.

Leave a legacy. Leave a positive impact.
